*Hidden all the old comments from when this was Ritorana.

As you've probably seen in one of my journals,
I've decided to completely scrap `Ritorana`
because I mean, they're just chibi kemonomimis.
I wanted to create something more original.

So I've made a completely new species inspired
from a dream I had.

These human-like beings are called Essences.
Essences are immortal beings from a world of shadows.
They have paper white skin and black hair and eyes.
Though don't be fooled by their childlike appearances,
Essences are very powerful creatures. But will never
attack humans randomly.
Essences, while not having shadows of their own,
have the ability to manipulate shadows to their whim.
They are rarely found in the real world on their own.
And by this I mean, they do not possess the ability to
enter the human world of their own accord.
Essences can only enter the human world if summoned
by specific people. These are people who are typically
longing for something, be it wealth or power, or maybe
something as simple as company. This being said, not
all Essences are kind-natured. They must obey the wishes
of the human that has summoned them, though they are
not mindless tools, they do have opinions of their own.

Well I won't drag this on too much longer then.

RULES:
° They mustn't look any older than say 15 years of age.
° They mustn't have any colour in their design. Black,
white and grey only.
° They can have animal-like features like ears, tails and
wings. But they can not be so animal like that they look
like anthros/furries.
° Weapons and pets/dingos are fine too as long
as they too are monochromatic.
° They can be female or male.
° Please credit me if you create one.
